Our Mission

To provide medical massage, and bodywork to people in all stages of life so they can live more vibrantly with less pain. We also specialize in combat sports recovery treatment.

Established in 2014, Nordic Health Massage, Lifelong Bodywork LTD, is a the skilled work of Alexander Van Ness in Shaker Heights, Ohio dedicated to improving health and inspiring happiness in our community, specializing in combat sports recovery, and medical massage.

We are located in a private home office in Shaker Heights, OH. Near the corner of Chagrin and Lee roads.
The suite is on the second floor and at this time we unfortunately do not have handicap accessibility. Their is a feline on the premise to alert those who may have allergies.

We do offer mobile services and are more then happy to bring a massage table to the privacy of your own home.

Fun Fact: The new Nordic Health Massage logo is a 10th century Viking age depiction of the world tree Yggrasill from the Norwegian Overhogdal tapestry.

In Norse culture, the World Tree Yggdrasil symbolizes the interconnectedness of the universe, with its branches representing different realms such as Asgard and Midgard. As a cosmic axis, Yggdrasil serves as a conduit between worlds, providing a framework for understanding the cyclical nature of existence and the importance of balance and harmony in the cosmos.
